Admision

What are the admission tests?

Mondragon Unibertsitatea has defined the admission test as a key mechanism to ensure that students entering the degree programmes have the necessary competences to adapt and thrive in the academic and professional enviroment promoted by the institution. The competences to be assessed have been selected with the aim of aligning the students profile with the pedagogical framework of the model.

The tests consist of two parts, an individual test and a team test. In those cases where it is considered appropiate, the candidate will be called for a personal interview or will be asked for additional documentation.

In these tests, the following competencies will be assessed:

Oral Communication

The ability to transmit ideas in a clear, structured and effective manner in Basque, Spanish and/or English, according to the requirements of the degree. This may be evaluated by means of oral presentations, debates or presentations of ideas.

Teamwork

The ability to collaborate effectively with others, contributing to the achievement of common goals. It can be assessed through group dynamics or collaborative projects.

Critical Analysis

The ability to analyse information, identify problems, formulate solutions and make informed descisions. This compentence may be evaluated through exercises that require a reflective approach, such as case analysis or problem solving.

Cooperation

Beyond teamwork, this competence involves the ability to collaborate in an active and committed way, integrating one's own efforts with those of others to generate positive synergies. It can be assessed trhough activities involving constant interaction, such as role-playing and simulations.

Curiosity and Entrepreneurial Attitude

The desire to learn, openness to change and ability to propose new ideas are valued. These competences may be evaluated with questions or activities that require creativity, innovation and a willingness to learn continuously.

The result of the admission test will be expressed in terms of PASS or FAIL. A PASS result will indicate that the student meets the required competence profile for the study programme, while a FAIL result will reflect the need to reinforce some areas in order to be admitted to Mondragon Uniberstiatea
